Suddenly being told to do work stuff, but I'm LCWRA

I'm on UC with LCWRA, and also get the full rate of PIP. UC never bothered me at all since I switched over from ESA. However last week I contacted UC to ask for proof of my claim so I can see a dentist. It must have triggered something because that same day they put a message in my journal saying I need to meet a work coach and start looking for work! Is this a mistake? Why are they saying this and what should i do? I am in no state to work or even look for work. They have a form I'm supposed to fill out with details of my previous employment etc so they can help me find work.

What is the wording of the message?

They are offering voluntary help to LCWRA claimants at the moment, with a few versions of the message going round.
