How do we manage? Charged bedroom tax but have no spare rooms
Comments
-
With exception of additional room for disability, bedroom allocation is done automatically by the UC system, so the only way they would be able to apply bedroom tax to your claim is if someone has not been correctly reported as living with you on your claim @nannydotty101.
You should be able to check who they have listed by looking through some of the details on your online account.
When you told them your daughter and granddaughter were living with you, did you tell them via your journal or under the reporting a change section of your claim?
