My ATW Account Where I Get Reimbursed Has Now Changed To GOV.UK ONE

Good morning fellow scope members.

So, I have been claiming my work allowance support back from ATW (Access To Work) via their own website for the past few years and have never had any problems, however I noticed today when I logged on to upload my receipts that they have now completely closed it and have changed it so cannot apply for my reimbursements Via this site anymore. In fact they have now moved it to something called "GOV.UK ONE"

Basically the new site is asking for me to fill in all my details and photo ID as well as another set of questions

Has anyone else had experience of this??? It seems when one joins GOV.UK ONE, that most of your government resources will now be uploaded to this website so everything is under one roof to speak. Things like your PIP award, Your LCWRA, Child maintenance, State pension, Cancel a stolen or lost passport, personal tax account, E-visas account, HMRC Account, the list goes on. Im not to sure how this came about so quickly and its taking my autistic brain a while to process it all, also ATW never sent me an email letting me know of the changes beforehand.

I have tried signing up to create an account, however it wont allow me to upload my valid passport, not sure why, so I have to now go to the post office once DWP send me a link with a letter with all my details on it via email, which I then have to take to the post office for them to verify my passport… Bizzare really as I thought I could have just uploaded it from my laptop

I only wanted to be reimbursed for my ATW allowance but it seems like my UC, ESA, Council Tax Support, Passport details as well as my PIP information and God knows what else will now all be available to see in this one account when it goes live. Basically ALL my information will be in it. Really not sure what to make of it to be honest and just wondered if anyone has experienced this???
