Grants for moving home?

Are there any grants that can help with assistance of moving home.
I have asked the council but it’s only for those in a crisis- about to loose home which I can appreciate is more important.
but with me being unwell, and disabled, our monies And husbands wage don’t cover the costs of moving. It’s making it difficult
