we had to fight all the way for my husband we did get full m@d after fighting for years we had the hearing date come though for tribunal but a week before the pip manager rang and said this will get laughed out of court so she granted full points, however renewal things have got worse and they taken all points away been waiting a year for hearing and still waiting, not sure how he lost all points.

Gosh, I'm so sorry it took all that, and then to receive that phone call!

I really hope you don't have to go through that full process all the way up to a tribunal request again. Are you happy to keep us updated on how things progress?
