LCWRA back pay

hello I was awarded LCWRA i have being submitting fit notes since last August will I be owed back pay only 1 month has changed on my statements they said they owe me 421 as I had my normal uc payment this 16th is the the back pay or a payment

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods before LCWRA is added to your payment.
No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
If they've said they owe you money then that will be the backpay.
