I must admit I've sort of fallen out of love with driving, some down to pain, but a lot of it down to how unsafe it is out there these days. Too many people forgetting you're only as good as the next corner

One thing I really miss is being on the spanners. I had to check the OS brakes the other month due to a sticking pad - what used to be an hours job max, turned into 7 hours because I simply have no strength or grip anymore. All good fun

I used to be able to tell the make and model of a car at night by looking at their lights in my rear view mirror, but nowadays I get them confused even in broad daylight!

Being more into cars in my 20s, I'd listen to old farts moaning that cars all look the same thinking "I'm won't get like that"

The driving was fine for a few years and bought me a house - but after a while - I found it too much - I mean "Drive 500 miles + with no notice from work" also bought me alcohol !
