Never heard of The Tourists. Annie Lennox is one of my favourite people ever, based only on her work in The Eurythmics and as a solo artist. I love her because she dares to be different and she appears to be bold and brave in her stage personas. And she's so versatile in her looks and singing.
Radar Love???? Are you serious???? How did you know that's one of my favourite songs in the whole wide world and that I've never seen the video so you just rocked my world to the foundation and have me floating happy. You put me in glorious flashbacks of disco lessons and the roller rink. (Mind you, I don't see how that was ever classified as disco!) Thank you. 🥰🙏🏼😁

@StarryEyed … it's usually other people in my head 😉 Aye Radar Love is one of those iconic timeless tracks. They really don't make them like that anymore. Or like so much of the 60's to the 80's … but that still said, there's still a lot of modern stuff I like, just not mainstream stuff they play on the radio

That's The Osmonds?? Didn't remember their music was so heavy. Great stuff! Never heard of Suzi Quattro. But the song is fun and she's very pretty! Very natural and wholesome. I love her raspy voice. Nice!
Your video of The Tourists doesn't work, so I found this ...
I like it okay, but it sounds rather run of the mill IMO, unlike Annie Lennox's solo work and with The Eurythmics. I looked her up on Wiki because I only know of her music. Did you know she's a crazy nuts advocate??!!! Wow. Impressive. I'm not saying I have a crush on her - although that's of course totally fine if you have crushes on same sex. It's her work that I love. Also, I adore her hair in that video (a wig probably), and always wanted curly hair, but it's really straight and won't even hold a curl. I mean it's okay hair. But we can often be curious about having what we don't have, right? Anyway, fast forward many, many moons later, and my dream came true. After chemotherapy, my hair grew back in thick curls! Way!

@StarryEyed I prefer the early Tourists stuff TBH … a bit more raw. But then I'm a big fan of early punk. As an artist I like some of Annie Lennox/ Eurythmics but never bought any

Thanks for your kind words about my pics. I'm a wash and go girl. Always have been. And my hair doesn't wash and go well. My chemo locks were the exception. Needless to say, my dream hair was obviously not worth the torture of treatment.
This is one of my favourite songs and videos, 'San Luis' by Gregory Alan Isakov. The natural scenery is stunning. He's one of my favourite artists. I love listening to this in all three ways I listen to music: With a headset, on speaker and on my bigass wide-screen TV.

In case members want to know how to post YouTube videos, here's a guide. There are many ways to do it. I'll show what I think is the easiest, in three steps. I've given screenshots to accompany the instructions. I will circle in yellow the buttons I refer to.
#1. Click on the arrow located below the video.
#2. Click "copy link"
#3. ON LAPTOP OR COMPUTER: Go back to forum to paste the video by hitting three keys.
A. First click CTL and V at the same time.
B. Then hit the enter key (arrow).
#3. ON PHONE:
A. Hold a finger lightly on your screen where you want to post the video until "paste" pops up and touch "paste".
B. Hit return key (arrow).

And here is the video in question in my last instructions post. Like other videos from way back in the 60s and 70s, I love how natural and normal and unpretentious everyone appears. And we were that too - not just on the outside. Even the rock stars looked normal. And sexy was natural. I mean, really sexy... Well, let this video speak for itself. This is the one and only Led Zeppelin with 'Over the Hills and Far Away'.

I found that kind of music weird sounding too (but amazing) when I first discovered it way back in 1991, I had never heard anything like it before, the genre is hardcore/rave. It does end up making perfect sense though once you get used to it.
