Hi, my name is Chris, I am a researcher at the University of Glasgow researching whether the social security tribunal meets peoples' needs.
The project is about trying to make tribunals better and helping to make sure they meet the needs of those who use them.
I would love to hear from forum members who want to share their experiences about this. It would involve a 15-30 minutes phone or online call. A £20 shopping voucher is available as a thank you to all who take part :-)
This flyer gives you the basic information and more detail is below. Do get in touch if you would like to share. I would really appreciate the chance to speak with forum members.
