Didn't receive electric blanket and only offered £45

Hi guys,

Hope you're all well. I'm about to supply the evidence I've been asked for by Scope, but didn't receive the offer of an electric blanket.. As my gas is the biggest problem, it'd be great to be able to use it less. I was also only offered £45 and not £150, as it said in the application when I first discovered them. Does the amount change dependent on your income? Is it possible, I'll get a higher voucher once I've completed the form?

    Unfortunately, we’re now out of electric blanket stock however some energy suppliers will provide these. May I ask who you’re with and I’ll see if that’s something they provide?

    The voucher support available is not based on income, but the vouchers might differ depending on what we can provide for your situation. If you can fill in the information and give the team a call or email, they’ll be able to provide more details.
