Waiting lists for community neurorehabilitation have grown by 52% since 2022, leaving too many people affected by neurological conditions without the support necessary to live well and maintain independence.
Access to neurorehabilitation shouldn't be down to luck. But two people with the same condition can face vastly different outcomes depending on where they live.
This is why, together with 19 leading neurological charities and professional bodies, we're calling for change.
"Thriving not Surviving: A Right to Neurorehabilitation" is a UK-wide consensus statement setting out ten principles to transform neurorehabilitation for people living with progressive neurological conditions.
