hi I handed my forms in October 2026. I’ve just had my to but the money January is that right?

    sorry I handed my forms in oct 2026 with medical evidence but they have just give me ok but only backdated it to January is that right capability to work

    If you are talking about UC LCWRA, LCWRA element has a waiting period of three full assessment periods before LCWRA is added to payment.

    No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.

    my husband was on lcwr from nov 2020. i asked uc about lcwra in nov 2022 just got fobbed off, then in oct 2025 i managed to keep on and got a review booked in, and the claim was successful got the cash for jan 2026 and the 3 months back pay was paid the month after. but because i asked for a review in nov 2022 i took it to manatory desioion he got awarded 2 years backpay good luck
