Take part in paid research with Transport for All to improve an access
Transport for All is working with Whoosh on a project to get feedback on their accessible online journey planner for rail travel.
We are looking for Disabled people with mobility impairments to take part in paid research and share their experiences of testing this journey planner.
What is this research about?
This research is focused on improving an accessible online journey planner for rail travel. We want to understand how Disabled people experience planning train journeys and what could make the process easier and more accessible.
Your feedback will help shape how the journey planner works in the future.
What will taking part involve?
If you sign up, you will be asked to:
- Use the journey planner on your phone, tablet or computer
- Plan a small number of journeys (instructions will be provided)
- Answer some short questions online
- Take part in an online focus group to talk through your experience in more detail
All activities will take place online, so you can take part from home.
When will this happen?
Testing of the journey planner will take place between 20th–27th May.
We will be holding two online focus groups. You would only need to attend one:
Wednesday 3rd June, 11am–1pmor
