Hi, my name is Archivist!
Hi l am a self employed craft woman, running my business for over 45 years. I am losing my sight and rapidly becoming less mobile and needing a lot of support. Iam looking to see if i can get any help to continue working. Things like a large computer screen and keyboard, better acess to my garden workshop and speciality lighting and tools along with some computer training. Any advice is greatly appreciated. My art and work is my life, to have help to continue to earn a livlihood.

Hi @Archivist and welcome ! Firstly, are you receiving any benefits at the moment. With the mention of your situation worsening, I wonder if it might be worth looking into additional support you might be entitled to using the Benefits calculators - GOV.UK.
You could also look into Access to Work: get support if you have a disability or health condition: Eligibility - GOV.UK which offers support to people in work (including self employed) and might be able to provide you with a grant to support with things like specialist equipment and physical changes to your workplace, amongst other things.
You could also look into a support worker as well. This can be done via an NHS needs assessment - Apply for a needs assessment by social services - GOV.UK
I hope the above is helpful and at least one of these options will help support.
Best wishes,
Holly
