Wheelchair skills at Scope's Community Hub!
Amy and Adrian from Experience Community will be at the Scope Community Hub.
When
- Every Thursday in June
Time
- 12:30 to 3:30 pm.
Amy is a wheelchair user and will be leading our drop-in sessions.
We are equipped to teach everything. This includes the basics of pushing and manoeuvring to getting up and down kerbs.
If there are any particular skills you'd like to practice, feel free to get in touch.
Adrian is there to provide support so we can practice the skills safely.
We will also have loads of info about the other activities that we run! There's no need to book, but it helps our planning if you do.
We can give you some advice on getting there. Including safe routes from the station and nearby parking spaces. Please get in touch if you do. Let us know if you have any other questions!
