I live alone i dont have a carer i get pip and universal credit top rate can i get carer allowance for myself

looking for some information I receive pip high on both also wife works part time and receive UC in the u credit we get roughly 648 pounds in that there is carers credit wife makes around 653 pounds per month take away deduction and there’s nothing left car/ home office/ mobile phone ect she loves work and even break even she will not stop the question is could she claim carers allowance which is 86 pounds per week she helps me over the 35 hours that why we receive carers element which is not a payment thanks in advance of any reply

You won't end up any better off financially as Universal Credit would make a further deduction for the full amount of Carers Allowance.

Any work must be paid. The life of a disabled person implies additional efforts aimed at survival compared to a healthy person.

That might be the case, but unfortunately the DWP does not pay Carers Allowance for looking after yourself.

Thank you, I know how things really are. The government will hang itself so as not to pay an extra penny to the suffering people. Spending on the disabled is not as profitable for the capitalists as spending on war.
