Well, that's 'Match Day 1' complete and we're straight onto 'Match Day 2'. Today/tonight/tomorrow morning, we have:
5pm (BST): Czechia (@Louise1970 and @robt) v South Africa (@vikingqueen and @Adam____F)
8pm (BST): Switzerland (@Mr_Shoes_Tied and @gothchick56) v Bosnia and Herzegovina (@LilMissOops and @Smartbutcasual80)
11pm (BST): Canada (@JoeGro) v Qatar (@annewilko and @Emilee)
2am (BST): Mexico (@spb and @danish) v South Korea (@SheffieldMan1976)
Will anyone be watching these? I have to admit some of these fixtures sound like they could be a bit rough on the eyes (Switzerland v Bosnia anyone?) But I'll be checking out as many of them as I can.
I'll pick Czechia, Switzerland, Canada and Mexico as winners, but I imagine there's going to be a draw in there somewhere at least!

I've watched them in the comenbol since I can / since I was a teen, Ivory coast is one of those teams that's underrated, so I'm surprised or disappointed… they were good in the gold cup last year also.
I'm still sticking with Ecuador or Columbia winning, I'll go down on my own sword with wrong predictions.
Plus the people of these nations have a wonderful culture & are beautiful to look at.

Bosnia are hard to watch but at least Switzerland scored some goals. Czech Republic are quite boring as well. I’m watching Canada now, I’d like to see Canada win and I’m looking forward mostly to the Mexico - Korea game later, I will stay awake for this as I think this could be a fun game :)
