Multivitamins aren't necessarily good value. It's mostly marketing. Much better to find out which vitamins you're actually lacking first. Most vitamins can't be 'stored' in the body, so any extras just go straight through and come out again…

Boots own brand vitamins are very good in my experience, and also much cheaper than the big brand ones.

i like magnesum it helps my sleep a lot and much aching got better

I only take vitamin supplements as advised by my hospital consultant which I get on prescription.
