Hi I have a review coming up and ive been told that the m9ney that I earn on surveys etc I have to declare,I usually save it until it gets too bigger amounts then I cash out. Have I unknowingly been committing fraud? I'm so scared right now.

Technically you haven't earned anything till your paid or "cashed out" and received it in your bank account. Anything that physically hits your bank account you will have to declare, but you don't have to declare anything you haven't "cashed out" yet as you haven't earned it yet.
