I know how you feel
I'm. 60. But my head says 20
I lost both my parents lomg time ago plus many aunts uncles cousins and a good freind who had a heart attack aged 38
Plus many pets
It's still heartbreaking even now
I have a, huge painting of my mum a freind of hers painted her many years ago
And I talk to the picture
Just that make me crazy

My Mum also had had a direct cremation pre paid, I found it a relief not to have to go through a funeral.
We held a wake for her a few months later ❤️
