Am I allowed to send UC a copy of my tribunal decision?

Hi, I won my LCWRA tribunal last week (I know it’s early days still) - I’ve received my copy of the decision but UC are saying they’ve not received the decision yet.

I’ve asked if I can upload my copy as proof as I’ve read this can speed things up but they’re saying they have to have explicit permission from the courts for me to do so… Is this correct? They’ve also said if my claim hasn’t been updated by the 20th of October to get back in touch.
