As an ex Council Gardener & Estate Ranger, Builders Tea is the way for me, chuck the bag in, lob in the water, let it soak, squeeze & shake the bag, then add a dash of milk then consume with an Asbestos Mouth

I always have an Earl Grey when I go to a cafe @Amberpearl. Do you like it with lemon too?
Does having a strong tea give you more motivation for the rest of the work day @Rag_793? I like 'normal' tea quite weak, I couldn't imagine having it like that!

When I worked on the council we could go through five mugs of tea a day 🤣 The country runs on tea. Sadly these days I drink decaf coffee and decaf tea as a way of avoiding a trigger with my Anxiety and Mental Health with Caffeine.

That's an impressive amount of tea @Rag_793! I stick to decaf drinks now too. Do you like the naturally decaf ones like Red Bush or do you go for standard English Breakfast teas?

I like lemon tea too

I have previously had Red Bush Tea with Oat Milk. I find it better for my stomach than tea with caffeine, it is something I switched to after having gall stones which is worse than childbirth - which is what a female nurse said to me in hospital.
