Anyone else’s uc statement not generated today

My statement was due to be generated today but it hasn’t, I’ve no to dos or anything that they require anyone else had same problem ?

What is the official due date?

My Assessment Period is 26th-25th, the statement is often available on the 26th but this isn't guaranteed and doesn't always happen, the due date is the 28th.

My due date is the 4th but my assessment period is 26-27 so in last 3 years I have always had a generated statement on 28th, I’ve just looked on another forum of potential glitch

The 4th is your payment date, if you were expecting a statement today I'm guessing your AP is 28th-27th.

I've been on UC 4 years, with my AP of 26th-25th there has been the very rare occasion when my statement hasn't been available on the 26th, but has appeared by end of day 28th.

Your statement isn't officially due yet.

Yeah It says 30th it will be generated but from the past 30 payments it’s always been on the 28th it’s generated that’s why I was concerned, having looked on Facebook I can see there are multiple people with the same issue

I realise why you are concerned, but it's nothing to worry about unless on Thursday (1st) it hasn't arrived.
