I'm currently writing a satirical play with the working title Surprise Wedding - it's about hemiplegia awareness, ignorance and assumptions surrounding disabled people who don't use wheelchairs and bullying.

    Hi, don't know if you still want info. Sorry it has taken so long to reply but this is the first time I have been on this site since December. I have left side hemi. I am 42 years old so I was at school at the height of the "Joey Deacon" period. I was bullied a lot at school as well as an adult. This has been at work as well as in the street. If I can help you by giving examples etc. please let me know.
