Inclusive Play opportunities for children with disabilities

Hi! I'm a 3rd year occupational therapy student and I'm looking for some help and advice for one of my modules...
We have to design a 'service proposal' and we have to identify a gap that we think there is within services.. I've chosen to focus on children with disabilities and I am interested to look into inclusive play opportunities and what services are currently available for families and children with disabilities.
I was wondering if anyone had any personal experiences (both positive and negative) about any inclusive play schemes they have been involved in, how available information is to find opportunities for play activities that are appropriate for children with disabilities, what you think is missing, your own or children's experiences and thoughts on the importance of play opportunities etc.
Any help would be very gratefully appreciated!!
Thanks!
