Hi I'm a mummy of two boys, my eldest was born prematurely at 25 weeks, he had an IVH grade 4 which resulted in him having hydrocephalus he has a VP shunt. He's 7 now attending a special needs school, he also has autism, global development delay and is non verbal and doubly incontinent.
I'm here to hopefully meet other parents and not feel so alone on this journey.

Hey welcome! Sorry its taken so long, I'm new to the team, we have a lot of mums here that also want to get chatting to people in same boat so keep an eye on the forum. I have Cerebral Palsy and have no children, my partner has autism so only know a little bit (although all men are like big kids!), but as I say there's lots of mums I hope you can chat to. Take care
