Department of works on pensions not supplying accessible information by e-mail

The Department of Works and Pensions (DWP) Will not send me my information in a accessible format, electronically by e-mail, so that my screen reader can read it to me and I can adjust the font size, colour and background.
Despite their charter saying they will provide accessible information.
Please can anybody help or advice me on what to do?
