Game controllers for x-box 360 and xbox one

Nephew loves games although he has mastered "ordinary controller" with right hand (cannot use left hand). I've seen various on Amazon including Dragon one handed controller. Has anyone got experience with any type of one handed games controller? Was thinking of designing a custom one for him.
