Here at Scope we are developing a new strategy. We exist to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. We want to change society so disabled people can fulfil their life ambitions and are not held back.
We are really keen to understand what disabled people and their families think we should focus on over the next five years. We want to know what is important to you and where you think we can make the biggest difference.
We’d really appreciate it if you could complete our short survey by the end of 28 October 2015. It only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Please do feel free to share this survey amongst your friends and networks – we’re keen to hear from as many people as possible.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us by emailing [email protected] or by phone on 020 7619 7256.
Thank you for your help. We look forward to hearing your views!
