Hello, I am an art student in West Sussex and I'm doing a project called "This is Tomorrow". This project will then progress onto an exhibition in Worthing. It's an open title, meaning that we can read into this and expand however we wish.
I have decided to specialise in portraiture and the human body in my art work and for this project, I would like to further expand on individual's with disabilities. This is because in my project, I want to explore the idea that you can't plan tomorrow. That nothing is set in stone and your life can change dramatically just by having something taken away or having something extra. I find this subject so inspirational.
So, please may some individual's volunteer their images for me to work with? I can understand how this may be a huge step for many of you, as disabilities can be incredibly sensitive and personal to the individual. Please only contact me if you feel comfortable.
