I work with a young man who us in supported employment , the support worker is with him all the time he is at work . I am interested to hear how this us working for other people ?

    How is the supported employment suiting the young man you're working with? Have you run into any difficulties or has it been plain sailing so far?

    Hi
    It has  not been plain sailing . We have been doing it for nearly a year . I would say it's two steps forward and one step back . I am keen to hear from others who are doing  similiar support .
