Hi Pandaeyes,
How is the supported employment suiting the young man you're working with? Have you run into any difficulties or has it been plain sailing so far?

Hi
It has not been plain sailing . We have been doing it for nearly a year . I would say it's two steps forward and one step back . I am keen to hear from others who are doing similiar support .1
