neuropathy and charcot foot and diabetes

can anyone tell me how they cope with all of the pain and diet and having to rest all the time with the charcot foot.  Especially when you are your own carer?

yeah hi its taken me a long time to get where i am now and u could say im only half way tel doc /cons that need to talk to pain management team they can find meds what will help wiv nurve damage i take pregablin but some work better for others
