Hi I'm Jen, a stay at home mum of 4 ( aged 18, 16, 3 & 1 ) & I have rheumatoid arthritis.
I have a child of 16 with aspbergers syndrome ( diagnosed at 14yr old) & another of 3yrs with nephrotic syndrome who also has delayed development & behaviour issues going on.
Hopefully someone will have some tips & tricks for dealing with my 3yr old or advice on the diagnosis process
