if you get motorbillity is this the same as DLA ?

Thanks for your post.
The Motability Scheme enables disabled people to get mobile by exchanging their DLA mobility allowance to lease a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair.
In order to qualify for the scheme you have to be on the high rate mobility component of DLA or the enhanced rate of mobility component of PIP.
