initial medical assessment for pip

Just out of interest has anybody else noticed how their assessment has been either incorrectly put down or had the complete opposite of what they had said.I am very curious and worried about this because this has happened to me.When i got my written report of the assessment i was absolutely shocked and horrified.

Hi @shelliemarie,

This is something we hear all the time at the helpline. I was on a PIP course yesterday and this issue is so widespread now. So many other advice agencies are experiencing the same problems.
