Role models

hi everyone was wondering if I could get some advice. I applied to become a role model for scope and was accepted. I was then told via email that I would be sent a date to go to London for a training evening but haven't heard anything more. I emailed and asked if I've still been accepted because it's something I really want to do but haven't got a reply. I understand these things take time but I need to know what's going on because I am a support worker and need The date so I can book it off work in plenty of time. Can anyone help?
