Hi, I have high rate mobility and have sent the WAV back as I have a new wheelchair and it doesn't fit, also my husband is the sole driver and he now has troube with his legs due to diabetes and his main arteries in his legs leaking, the question is how long will it take for my motobility payments to be sent to my bank account so I can get transport to and from the supermarkets with shopping and for hospital visits.

Hi Mandie
I'm not sure exactly how long it will take, have you contacted Motability directly?
