Welcome to the community, I have moved your post to the Disability benefits, money and work category where hopefully more people will be able to offer their experiences.

You can also access the Benefits Advice page or call the helpline on 0808 800 3333

@Llinos, you can appeal your award.  Go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau, or similar local advice agency.  Turn2us.org.uk also give advice about claiming benefits.

Thank you,I have already told them that I intend to take it further.Im anoyed mainly that the 45 mins wasnt enough to explain all about my illness. Then they are able to judge that they know my needs when they dont.I am going to fight this every step of the way.Any recomendations gratefully received x
