If you have CP like I have and have had in since birth due to a medical negligent home birth, I cannot stress enough the benefits of sport and exercise in helping a disability and condition. I am a British Bronze medalist at SN Judo and judo has helped me so much through my life.
I know that one judo will not be everyone's cup and tea and their condition may not even accommodate the sport but please pick a sport suitable to you - the benefits are vast.
