Hi I'm 48 married to martin for 28 years have two grown up daughters and two grandchildren I suffer with fibromyalgia and am really suffering with the pain and fatigue so much so I've had to give up work

Fibromyalgia is quite most known as woman disease. Sorry to here you needed to stop working but hope you will meet new people worthy to have a chat who suffer the same whey you do. Keep going even on slow movements. and relax.
