had my appeal heard yesterday for PIP, judge said he would send decision by post, heard this is usually because I have lost my appeal and they don't want to tell me face to face,is there any truth I this ? Feeling really really anxious.

Hi norrie
Yeah it can be the case that a Judge will send a decision in the post if it is a refusal and they are concerned that the individual may tear a strip off them, however it's often also the case that they are running late and want to move on to the next hearing as fast as possible, or any number of reasons like that.
Also some judges just prefer it.
Try not to panic!!! You'll know soon enough.
Good luck!
Kind regards,
Mary
