    Give me strength!

Tribunals service want two written tax fare quotes for journey to hearing centre.

I'll meet the cost myself.  I can't cope with much more mindless bureaucracy.

I had no mental health issues before I began PIP but I think I shall before my PIP's over - if I live that long.

Maybe they'd like me to take minutes of the hearing as well!

have only been waiting one month, strange how they can demand forms are returned within a certain timeframe and the same for asking for a mandatory reconsideration and a tribunal, but they can take as long as they want, they dont give a damn about the financial mess you could get into waiting for them to get their finger out, best of luck with yours again

    Hi @davet

The PIP process really is a scandal; it's made as difficult as possible and caused so much misery.  The assessors are incompetent, their purpose to restrict PIP even if they have to lie and lie.

    Thanks again.

    PIP Groundhog Day.

Going through the PIP process is like preparing for the same exam over and over again. Except that the arguments and facts have to be presented in a slightly different way each time - both fully and precisely.

Getting my thoughts and notes together for my 'oral exam'  - next week's tribunal.
