Hi everyone.Im new to this site and my daughter currently gets the higher mobility rate of PIP and I the low one
Between us we have quite a lot of needs/disabilitys but have been told a while ago that we werent able to get a blue badge even though I have arthritis in my spine and cant walk that far and my daughter Uffers from abdominal migraine ampnst other things which means she can hardly walk at all when she gets them,so my question is how come she/we arent entitled to one ?Thanks

Who told you that ? If you score 8 points for the moving around descriptor you are entitled. You should contact your local council
However, if your points were scored for planning and following routes then you sill not be entitled
Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste -
Hi @watto
I agree with @CockneyRebel - between you and your daughter you should be entitled to at least one blue badge. She should qualify with no argument as she is on enhanced mobility - but you may also qualify if you can provide medical evidence that you need one.
I'd recommend completing the forms for both of you again.
Kind regards,
Mary
