I suffer from o
Also depression and asthma.
I live alone and at the moment no regular care my daughter was my carer but she has now moved in with her boyfriend. I am trying to cope but I am finding it difficult.
I am glad I came across this site as it is great to talk to someone who understands.

A health and social care assessment with the social services department of your local trust is often the first step towards getting the help and support you need. The assessment is an 'assessment of need'.
There is lot of information about assessment of needs here.
Do you have any other support from family or friends? Also are you claiming everything you could be entitled to? Check our benefits calculator here.
