Just saying hello as a new member. I have been reading the experience of a lady in the Benefit Trap and sympathize with her. I receive PIP and am awaiting the outcome of a review, not very hopefully, I must admit.
I am sickened by the obvious failure of the current benefits system to recognise genuine cases of disability and hardship. Scope's achievement in giving disabled people a platform to voice dissatisfaction is very important in consolidating our experiences and showing that we are not alone.

I hope your reveiw is successfull, the sysytem has been made intentionally hard for deserving people to claim. At the moment the best thing is to learn as much about the criteria for an award as possible, especially how the points scoring sysytem works in relation to your functionality
