I learned that I am autistic in my mid 40's!
I crashed and burned!
Now 12 years later after many therapeutic interventions and teachers I have learned that I am my essence not my diagnosis!
I work with teens with additional needs and the inner child / teen in individuals of all ages!
I bring my training as a therapist, careers adviser , somatic educator and interfaith minister to my interventions . And am learning to be an Intentional creativity coach"
May we all find our hidden gems from our challenges!
