Hello and welcome
The first stage is to request a mandatory reconsideration.
There is plenty of info about PIP on this site , please have a look around.
Please can you tell us a little more about yourself and the help you need

Hi @cecforde63
We have some videos about appealing your PIP decision. Here are the first steps in requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration.

You have to remember that the criteria for both benefits is different. Have you gone through to see where you score points? You can't appeal just because the money isn't enough. You can only appeal if, for example, they've said you only walk 50 metres and you've got evidence which states you can only walk 10 metres.

Both CAB and Disability Rights websites have guides to appealing PIP. DR Benefits Handbook has a long section on benefits appeals, as well as other benefit info and rules. It certainly covers all benefits that could apply to disabled people. You have to buy this (from DR site) but it's worth the money and discounts are available. Off the top of my head, I think it costs around £25 full price, around £18 discounted.
