Unfortunately this was the only place that I found anything about this anywhere on the web! IT seems to happen very rarely as even my welfare advisor had never heard of it. If I had made my own post, it probably would have had no repiies. I'm just about to leave to go to my MP's office where they are going to phone the HMCTS ...fingers crossed!

won my case in November
then dwp said the date was incorrect
had get judge to change date now had letter of judge saying that the date is actually correct what shall I do many thanks0 -

and dwp seem to think it’s 25/04/19 when it was stopped
no only he letter yesterday of the judge
sure it says act 63 havnt got letter with me at min0 -
