My granddaughter won her esa tribunal (18.10.17) and has been put in the wrag group I phoned dwp as she had not been paid or received a letter I was told that the she was not in the group as the award letter had gone to the decision makers and they will decide which group she will go into and she still needs to send in fit notes. I though once the appeal had been won that was that. Can any offer advice.

Hi @confuse64,
This needs some looking into. How long ago did she have the decision that she went to appeal for? If it's taken a long time to get to appeal, she may have reached a review point for her work capability assessment. It all gets a bit complex but something is not right here. I hope you're able to work it all out and get some answers.
If you get stuck let me know or get in touch with us at the helpline.
Best wishes

When did your grandaughter apply for ESA ?
