Hello
My son asked the Dr's surgery if they could do a home assessment request for the assessment centre, the assessment centre said it needed to be faxed but the surgery just called and said, your letter is ready for someone to pick up, when I said oh I thought you faxed it, she said no we don't have the address or anything, which she could have asked my Son for when he requested a home assessment.
Does it matter if it's not faxed and if it's sent another way?? I'm feeling so stressed about it atm. I was told on another forum the Dr ought to fax it?

It's ok, it seems that the advice I've been given on the other forum isn't exactly correct. My Son called the assessment centre and they said it can be sent via post, email or fax. So I'm going to send it via recorded delivery and via email.
This adviser this time was quite nice and explained properly to my Son what to do etc.
